To celebrate its 10th anniversary, NH Collection invited leading chefs to create signature breakfasts at hotels across Europe and Latin America. In this film from the series, shot at NH Collection Madrid Palacio de Tepa, we follow the great Paco Roncero as he shapes his creation and brings haute cuisine to the first meal of the day.
