    1. Data controller

Flavour Productions, Lda. (corporate tax identification number 505052989), with its registered office at Av. Calouste Gulbenkian, N16-6 Dto., 8000-072 Faro, Portugal ("Flavour Productions", "we"), is the entity responsible for processing the personal data collected through the website www.flavourproductions.com ("Website").

For any questions relating to this policy or your personal data, you can contact us at:

    • Email: flavour@flavourproductions.com
    • Address: Av. Calouste Gulbenkian, N16-6 Dto., 8000-072 Faro, Portugal

    2. What data we collect

Depending on how you interact with the Website, we may collect:

    • Contact details: name, email, telephone number and message, when you complete the contact form or write to us directly.
    • Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time spent — collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
    • Data provided within a business relationship: if you become a client or supplier, we may process additional data necessary to perform the contract (billing details, tax identification number, address).

We do not collect special categories of data (health, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, etc.) through the Website.

Website and FAQ language: on initial entry, we use the preferred languages indicated by your browser to display Portuguese, Spanish or English. If none of these three languages matches, we display English. This detection uses only information already sent by your browser with the page request, without looking up the IP address or an external service and without storing this header through this mechanism. You can select another language at any time using PT, ES or EN.

    1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember preferences and collect information about how the site is used.

    2. How we manage your consent

When you visit the Website, a banner is displayed that allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function are always active, as they do not require consent under the law. All others are activated only after your explicit consent.

You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer.

Automatic browser language detection does not create a language cookie. When you click a language selector, we store your choice for one year. Website and FAQ preferences are separate; you can replace them using the selectors or delete them in your browser settings. Older preferences stored automatically are deleted when identified.
